As a result of the Prime Minister's broadcast on 20th March 2020 we have sadly closed our doors, for the foreseeable future.
We are fully supportive of the Government's plan and recognise the importance of these unprecedented social distancing measures in these unprecedented times.
As soon as we’re able to reopen, we’ll let you know – keep an eye on our website and social media channels. Please note our iBelong membership annual passes will be paused for the time being.
Due to the site being closed and following government advice we are not encouraging staff to attend site. As such we will be unable to deal with telephone enquiries at this time. If you need to reach us, please don’t hesitate to email email@example.com and one of our managers will reply within 48 hours.
Until such a time when government support can be fully understood we are unable to offer refunds by way of cash or card return. Our refund policy stands so all customers are of course able to exchange their booking for credit. Due to the timeframe being unknown we are issuing gift voucher codes.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and date of booking and we will send your voucher code.
