How do I book?

We are asking everyone to book via the booking page on this website. If you don't book online, you won't guarantee your bounce.

Must I sign a waiver?

Yes. Everyone who jumps at iBounce is required to sign a waiver. Those under 18 must have their parent or legal guardian sign their waiver. Permission by email is not sufficient. No waiver = No entry.

Is iBounce safe?

As with any extreme sports/leisure activity there is an element of risk involved. We attempt to minimise the risks by using the best equipment and training our staff to a high level.

Is there an age limit?

There is no upper age limit! All jumpers have to be at least 5 years old (except specific parent & toddler sessions) and 100cm tall.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes, the weight limit is 19 stone. Our policy is to recommend that anyone with individual weight-related concerns consult a physician and receive medical clearance for rigorous physical activity on an unstable surface before engaging in trampoline jumping.

Do you have WiFi?

Yes we have free WiFi available for our customers at the facility.

Do you have parking?

We have limited free parking available at the premises - please car share where possible.

What are your opening hours?

Please keep an eye on our opening times which are shown on our contact page, they differ between term time and school holidays.

Can my children come and bounce without a parent or guardian?

Anyone 13 or over may come to bounce without a parent or guardian present. However, all customers under the age of 18 will need to have a waiver completed by a parent or guardian. The waiver is available whilst booking a session online.

Do I have to complete a waiver everytime I come to bounce?

No. Once a waiver has been completed, it lasts indefinitely or until any changes are made to the waiver.

What happens if I am late to my booked session time?

Your session starts on time, with or without you. We cannot guarantee that you can rebook to a later slot. If we are at full capacity you will lose the time you are late.

Can I wear my own socks?

You must use our specific grip socks - once purchased, they can be re-used.

I don't want to bounce, is there somewhere I can wait for my children?

Absolutely. You can remain in the viewing area. Only people using the trampolines will be charged the admission price. Please bear in mind the viewing are can get busy at peak times.

Do you have wheelchair access?

There is wheelchair access to the building, but not to partake in bouncing.

Can I bounce if I require a carer?

Yes. Your carer can be in the park area with you at no cost if they are not bouncing (they must wear a sky blue band). If the carer wants to use the trampolines then this is charged at the normal session rate.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, lockers are available at the premises.

Can I bring my own food?

If you have booked a party with us, you will have time to consume your own food & drink in the viewing gallery or party room after your bounce. We ask other visitors that have not booked a party to to refrain from bringing in their own food. There are snacks & drinks available at the vending machines in the viewing area at the premises.

Is my booking refundable or transferable?

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What time should I arrive for my booking?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your booked time to check in and watch the safety video.
