I took my grandchildren to iBounce for the first time yesterday, they had soo much fun and I decided (being a granny) that i wanted to go on too! It was such fun,we had a brillliant time and the staff, especially Charlotte and Holly, were very helpful and all went out to make sure we had a very good time. Thanks to all for a great day. 

My son recently held his 7th birthday at ibounce in Exeter and it was fantastic! Really good value for money, the staff were very kind and made him feel really special when we arrived. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a well organised, fun-filled party. The fact that they got to make their own slush puppies as part of the package was just the icing on the cake!

We've been a few times & we all love it! Both children have a wonderful time & we've had our daughters 3rd Birthday Party here today. The staff were so friendly & accommodating (they always are) - but they really did go above & beyond for the party & are a real credit to the company. They even let me rearrange the party at short notice as my daughter had chickenpox. Well done ibounce team & thanks for a great party - we had very happy party goers! See you soon!

Had my daughter's 6th Birthday party here today. I was amazed with the way you went above and beyond to accommodate for a child with allergies, and I'm so grateful for the help, cooperation and understanding when an unforseen circumstance occurred. A good party all around. Thank you. Oh and the hot dogs smelt amazing!

Went tonight for the fitness class and I have got to say it was hard work but it was so much fun and the instructor was so supportive n encouraging defo going back again thank you ibounce for being so welcoming and all ur staff we spoke to were very kind and lovely xx

My son had his 10th birthday party at ibounce today and he absolutely loved it! Thanks to all the staff who were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. He said he had ‘the best day ever!’. If you’re thinking of booking an ibounce party package, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent venue for people of all ages, always something going on and you can tell the team are very focused on health and safety.

My 2 autistic children went to the special needs bounce session today & loved it!! We were 30 mins late due to traffic but the staff were extremely accommodating & as they were quiet let them bounce past the session time!!! Really appreciated that although there are rules, special needs children can't always follow them & the staff were extremely understanding & patient with them when they were a bit over excited!! Will definitely be coming again

We booked a party for my 12 year old daughter and were not disappointed .it was very busy as it is a bank holiday weekend and yet the staff coped very well,stayed on top of everything,shared jobs amazingly and had great interaction with kids and adults. All queries answered with a great happy,chirpy manner and without hesitation. we had a lovely time and the food was just the ticket after an hours bounce session. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and give a thumbs up for all ages to have an affordable birthday bounce.

Really well organized. Helpful and alert staff with full briefing for the kids safety. Clean. Nice coffee. Reasonable prices for drinks snacks with free water available on the counter. Definitely will use again. Praise for the staff from front desk to cafe staff and the stewards.

Fab fab fab!! Went today.... still in its infancy so of course things are new and will become more streamlined but ample parking, happy, smiley assistant manager and manager, safe and comfortable enviroment and have just booked again. 

Absolutely loved the parent and toddler session we went too! Staff are amazing there very friendly and helpful, always smiling. Was lovely to go some where and not have older children every where, makes it better and safer for the little ones. My little one enjoyed every second and doesn’t stop going on about wanting to go back! Would definitely recommend to anyone to go! So cheap aswell very worth the money. Looking forward to our next visit.
