Loved it! Great for all the family. Great soft play next door for tiny ones. Wished I booked an extra hour bouncing. I bet birthday parties there are brilliant. We'll be going back!

We had a birthday party at iBounce yesterday for my son. We were looked after by Jasmine, who was so helpful and kind. We had people from different faiths there and she knew that they wouldn’t eat pork and made a vegetarian hotdog for them. She was so considerate, polite, professional and helpful, despite the fact that it was so busy (last day of half term). I was very impressed!

This was our first time to the dinosaur soft play area & we were really impressed! Great cafe area & the food was lovely! The kids loved it & the staff are all a credit to you. What great young people, so professional, polite & friendly! Highly recommended!

We just spent two hours at iBounce Exeter and I have to say my kiddies had a fantastic time, the interaction from your staff in the arena was amazing. Brandon and Corey were fab with the kids showing them how to use the equipment, and do tricks. Amazing members of staff, they really deserve some recognition for the hard work they do and clearly enjoying themselves at the same time, we will def be back!

Visited this afternoon and I was so impressed with the care and attention of the staff in the bouncing zone. All the girls and guys working the session went to huge efforts to comfort and encourage my daughter after she hurt her leg and lost confidence - so appreciative of all your efforts and the lovely supportive environment your staff create for the children. I wasn’t expecting such thoughtfulness. Thank you. 

Absolutely loved the parent and toddler session we went too! Staff are amazing there very friendly and helpful, always smiling. Was lovely to go some where and not have older children every where, makes it better and safer for the little ones. My little one enjoyed every second and doesn’t stop going on about wanting to go back! Would definitely recommend to anyone to go! So cheap as well; very worth the money. Looking forward to our next visit.

My son had his 10th birthday party at iBounce today and he absolutely loved it! Thanks to all the staff who were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. He said he had ‘the best day ever!’. If you’re thinking of booking an iBounce party package, you won’t be disappointed.

We booked a party for my 12 year old daughter and were not disappointed. It was very busy as it was a bank holiday weekend and yet the staff coped very well, stayed on top of everything, shared jobs amazingly and had great interaction with kids and adults. All queries were answered with a great, happy, chirpy manner and without hesitation. We had a lovely time and the food was just the ticket after an hour's bounce session. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and give a thumbs up for all ages to have an affordable birthday bounce.
