We are looking for flexible work staff to join the team at iBounce Bodmin.  Our Trampoline Park and iPlay Soft Play Centre offer both adults and children fun, entertainment and plenty of activity!

The successful candidate will have a lively, outgoing, friendly and confident personality, who is customer focused and able to communicate to all visitors with a view to making their experience with us fun and memorable.

A flexible working attitude, good organisation skills and motivation to keep a clean, tidy, well presented and hygienic centre is paramount, whilst thinking about customer safety at all times. You should be able to work effectively alone or as part of a team. Cafe and cash handling experience desirable, along with any 1st Aid certification.

Exeter (Head Office)
Marketing & Events Manager
Head Office position

iBounce, the home of trampoline and soft play parks in the SW, is looking for a Marketing & Events Manager, to deliver its ambitious growth plans.

Based at our Head Office in Exeter, this full time position offers an exciting breadth of role as the successful candidate will be responsible for writing and delivering the group-wide Marketing, Events and Digital strategy.

The role will be demanding and a lot is expected of this hands-on position which includes; planning and organising calendar of events with social media support across all our sites, coordinating and implementing launch events and associated media campaigns (supported by sounds commercial rationale), growing reach and engagement of online following through optimisation and creative content, monitoring and reporting on digital analytics, managing written content for both internal and external publications and being our brand champion.

We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic and leadership and communication skills. You should also have excellent project management and organisation skills, with an analytical and results orientated mindset. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite is desirable. Independent travel between sites will be required.

Honiton
General Manager

Due to an imminent acquisition and exciting growth plans, our new soft play area, i-Play, part of the i-Bounce family, is looking for a General Manager to join their team in Honiton.

This is a full time position (40 hours) and you would be required to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays. 

The role can be demanding and a lot is expected of this hands on position which includes ensuring the staff are interacting with the customers and most importantly that we are complying by our very high safety standards.

We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic individual with management experience, preferably in the leisure industry.

Duties will include :

  • Managing the facilities day to day operations
  • Managing the staff, including rotas
  • Overseeing and supporting the management/running of the cafe
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained
  • Carry out regular routine inspections and safety checks
  • Constantly looking for new ways to drive the business forward.

 The successful candidate must have previous management experience, preferably in the leisure industry, be self-motivated and keen to learn and enjoy dealing with customers on daily basis. Experience of managing a cafe or food preparation facility is highly desirable.

The General Manager will be required to attend head office (Exeter) and may occasionally be asked to support our other sites, so having your own transport would be an advantage.
